Treating doctor/nodal  officer of the Government hospital will  identify the eligible EWS patient requiring transfer to identified private hospital.
The availability of requisite free bed/specialty to be checked from the Delhi Government webpage by the Nodal Officer/ PWO.
In room no. 101, Patient Welfare Officer will help the patient to fill up the necessary forms which the patient has to carry to the reffered hospital.
